HR Core is the source of personnel data. Joiner, mover and leaver events pass through Qixium to TOPdesk changes, activities and automations. Permissions and assets become manageable based on department, role, assignment and exceptions.
Service Automation Suite/Qixium brings personnel data, assignments and exceptions together. TOPdesk handles the associated changes and activities.
The result
The approach evolves from reactive IAM towards policy and assignment governance: testing policies against reality, explaining deviations and turning changes into work orders or automations in a controlled way.
