How it works

Your toolbox for connecting systems, processing data and getting work done together.

What does it do?

You start with an integration. We bring visibility and control to the work around it. Together, we connect your systems, checks and actions: from issuing or returning equipment and keys to signing and IT actions. You know what is done, who needs to act and where to make adjustments.

You do not need to redesign your entire process first. We start with one connection, check or manual task and fit it into how you already work. Then we build on the same connections, data relationships and rules. Together, we agree who tests and maintains it. The solution grows with you, and knowledge stays with your team.

Your processKeep it in order
  1. Read data
  2. Check & act
  3. Review
  4. Adjust
  5. Update & report back

How does it work?

  1. Start with the agreementTogether, we decide what needs to happen, which data to trust and who decides or approves. The process determines the integration, not the other way round.
  2. Configure it visuallyWe connect sources, checks and actions using understandable building blocks. You do not need to write scripts to define your way of working. We handle the technology behind it.
  3. Run, see the result and improveService Automation Suite carries out the configured steps and records results and errors. After execution, you can see what succeeded and what needs attention. Together, we adjust and update the systems again.

Start with one pain point. Then expand using the same connections and rules, turning individual automations into a continuous process.

What is Service Automation Suite: iPaaS or IAM?

Service Automation Suite is an integration and automation platform built around your process. Connect applications and data, as with iPaaS. You can also automate account and access actions associated with IAM. But a process covers more than access or data exchange alone.

Think of issuing a key and laptop, collecting a signed receipt and arranging the right access. When someone leaves, you need to collect the items, revoke access and check completion. We bring those functional steps together, including decisions, checks and feedback.

We assess not only whether two systems can communicate, but whether the work gets done properly. Your existing IAM and integration tools can remain part of that process.

How do you define the rules?

A matrix matches role, department, location and contract type to what someone needs. Service Automation Suite uses the result for actions in your own systems, such as Halo, Jira Service Management or TOPdesk.

  • Role → laptop, headset and appropriate access.
  • Location → the team preparing the workplace.
  • End date → a check and equipment return.

Configure rules and actions without programming. An existing script can be part of the execution.

From Qixium to Service Automation Suite

Service Automation Suite grew out of Qixium: integrations and automation around TOPdesk. This evolved into reusable building blocks for processes spanning multiple systems. Qixium provides the technical foundation; your process determines how we use it.

How we build
Components, operations and security

Connections, data processing and actions work together in Service Automation Suite. Roles, permissions and logging are part of configuration. We maintain the technology; CMP brings environments, service status, backups and releases together.

The general-purpose Process Orchestrator and Dashboard Composer are being developed. We agree which components you need and what is available for your use case.
