Local Active Directory through Qixium Agent
Read or update local AD and connect it to employee and service workflows.

Include local accounts in employee workflows
The Local AD connector reads and writes Active Directory through the Agent. Connect approved employee changes to permitted local account actions and service follow-up. Supported operations depend on delegated permissions and mappings.
Prepare the connection
Create a Local AD connection, select the Agent and reload configurations. Complete the generated file under C:\Qixium\configs\LocalAD. The source describes ldapUsername, ldapPassword, ldapurl, hostname and domainController. Have the domain administrator define secure LDAP settings and delegated permissions; do not adopt an SSL-disabled example as a default.
Select scope and matching
Choose the intended OU and fields in Data Link, using stable source references rather than display names. Assign field ownership and retrieve only required data.
Control writes
Validate identity, approval and target objects before writing. Restrict rights to the necessary OU and actions, verify the outcome and handle failures. A missing HR record is not an instruction to delete an account.
Connector or script?
Use the connector for supported AD operations. LocalScripting can run approved existing PowerShell tasks with their own error handling and execution rights.
