Practical knowledge from Service Automation Suite.
What is Service Automation Suite?
Connect systems, exchange data and automate tasks with Service Automation Suite. Discover how the components help you do that.

From integration to orchestration
Service Automation Suite grew out of practical integration and automation needs. The platform connects systems, processes, data and decisions so individual actions become part of one manageable service process.
The Process Orchestrator is the central control layer in the platform model. One process engine coordinates requests, tasks, data flows and system actions. Composers provide the building blocks to assemble, automate and monitor processes.
The result: one manageable service process across multiple systems.
One platform, six functional building blocks

Process Orchestrator
The central process engine starts, routes, escalates, checks, automates and monitors the process. Each building block performs its own part; the control layer maintains coordination.
- APIConnect & integrate
- Connects systems, services and endpoints. API Composer makes outgoing calls; Endpoint Composer exposes data to other systems. More about this component →
- Data FlowData & context
- Retrieves data, combines sources and enriches and transforms data. Dataflow Composer prepares data for the next process step. More about this component →
- AutomationAutomate & act
- Executes actions and handles notifications, updates and system interactions. More about this component →
- FormsIntake & input
- Starts requests and captures input using forms, validation and documents. More about this component →
- CollaborationCollaborate
- Connects teams and service organisations. Collaboration Composer synchronises tickets, comments, attachments and statuses between their systems. More about this component →
- DashboardInsight & control
- Brings together progress, monitoring, reports and KPIs for insight and control. More about this component →
Supporting building blocks
- Policy & Governance
- Policies, rules, mandates, exceptions and compliance.
- AI Control
- Detection, recommendations, checkpoints and support for exceptions. Part of the AI-ready development direction.
- Audit & Compliance
- Audit trail, evidence, traceability and execution reporting.
- Security & Access
- Access management covering roles, SSO, MFA and IP allowlisting within the selected configuration.
Endpoint Composer belongs to connection and integration. The Cloud Management Platform supports customer environment management; it is not an additional functional building block in this portfolio.
The portfolio shows the complete platform model. Process Orchestrator and the central Dashboard are in development. Forms and Automation are being developed from Qixium into Service Automation Suite. Component pages describe current implementation and availability.
Preparing for AI-assisted orchestration
Knowledge from integrations, processes and data flows forms the foundation for future AI support in design, documentation and optimisation. New Service Automation Suite components are being developed to be AI-ready.
AI already supports much of our development work, reviewed by our team. This does not mean that direct AI processing is currently available within Service Automation Suite.
- Design automations and analyse processes faster.
- Reduce dependence on specialist knowledge.
- Accelerate innovation and operations.
Principle: AI support without using substantive customer information for model training.

Control over execution, access and operations
- Security by design as a foundation for automation and integrations.
- An ISO 27001 approach to operations, development and compliance.
- Logging, auditing and version control across processes and integrations.
- Controlled releases focused on continuity and reliability.
- Hosting in Dutch data centres within European compliance frameworks.
- Central governance over data, processes, access and automations.
- A reliable automation platform for business-critical processes.
- Transparent management for customers, partners and service organisations.
