Looking back at Service Automation Suite Inspiration Day 2026: practical stories, innovation and the introduction of DFC & AC

On 21 May 2026, customers, partners and relationships came together in Ede for Service Automation Suite Inspiration Day 2026. A day where practical experiences, knowledge sharing and innovation were at the heart.

What became clear once again during the various presentations and discussions is that many organisations are facing the same challenges: the number of systems is growing, processes are becoming more complex and the need for visibility, orchestration and automation is increasing.

Practical experiences from the daily IT environment

During the Inspiration Day, various organisations shared their experiences with automating processes and managing integrations within their IT landscape.

A special word of thanks goes to:

  • Mesdag
  • Coffee breaks
  • onITnow

Their practical stories illustrated how organisations are working every day to deliver more efficient services, reliable data exchange, and future-proof IT processes. These real-world examples clearly demonstrate how standardisation, automation, and effective integrations have become essential in modern organisations.

Big news: DFC and AC officially available

During the Inspiration Day, we also announced a key milestone for Service Automation Suite. With pride, we launched our first new platform modules:

DFC (Data Flow Composer) and API Composer (AC).

These modules were developed to give organisations greater control over data flows and system integrations. Where integrations often consist of isolated connections and custom solutions, Data Flow Composer and API Composer provide a standardised approach to designing, managing and maintaining data flows and API integrations.

For organisations working with systems such as TOPdesk, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, HR systems and other SaaS solutions, this means greater visibility, better manageability and greater control over the entire integration landscape. Integrations are centrally organised and reusable, leading to less custom development, faster implementations, better governance, and a scalable foundation for further automation.

The first organisations are already using DFC and AC. Mesdag has already implemented the new modules and their initial experiences have been positive.

In the coming months, we will share more practical examples, experiences and use cases of these new modules.

Curious about the possibilities?

With the introduction of DFC and AC, we take a further step in supporting organisations in realising a manageable, scalable and future-proof IT landscape. Curious to know what these modules could mean for your organisation? Feel free to get in touch via the form below for a meeting or demonstration.

Thank you for joining us

Thank you to all customers, partners and relationships for your presence, engagement and valuable contributions. The conversations and insights from this day once again confirm the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing within an ever-more digitalising IT landscape.

We look back with great pleasure on this edition and look forward to the next Service Automation Suite Inspiration Day.
