Recap: what can you expect?

The inspiration day focuses on real-world experience and concrete applications.

Last year, among others, Steltix, Mesdag and the Municipality of Zoetermeer shared their experiences with automating and integrating IT processes. They demonstrated how they gained greater control over their service delivery and how automation directly contributes to efficiency and scalability.

In addition, our partners TOPdesk and Cegeka were present with in-depth sessions and practice-oriented insights.

This combination of customer stories and partner knowledge will once again form the basis this year.

What can you expect this year?

In 2026, we will continue to focus on topics that are directly applicable in practice, such as:

• customer and partner case studies

• automation of IT processes

• integrations between systems such as TOPdesk, Entra and Intune

• creating visibility and control within IT environments
