Scope4mation and onITnow are partnering to support organisations in further professionalising their IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management. The partnership combines onITnow's ITSM and change expertise with Scope4mation's Service Automation Suite platform. This enables organisations to better leverage existing IT investments, connect systems and processes, and scale automation in a controlled, centrally governed way.
From setup to automated service delivery
onITnow and Scope4mation have launched a collaboration to help organisations further automate and manage their IT and service processes. Central to this is the integration of ITSM and ESM expertise, integration technology, process automation, orchestration, and central governance.
Many organisations already have mature ITSM environments, but are confronted with an expanding landscape of applications and data sources. This leads to manual interventions, duplicate entries, and fragmented information. onITnow brings expertise in ITSM/ESM, process design, application management, change management, and organisational change.
Scope4mation provides the Service Automation Suite, the platform for integration, data flows, APIs, process automation, orchestration, and governance. Service Automation Suite connects existing systems and makes automation centrally manageable and operable in production.
By combining these capabilities, organisations can enable their ITSM platforms to work more effectively with other business systems. Data flows and process steps are automated, manual controls are reduced, and service processes are accelerated. At the same time, central oversight is achieved over the execution, status, and governance of automatisations.
The result is more efficient service delivery with less error-prone work and greater visibility into an increasingly complex service chain.
A practical approach from the customer's perspective
The partnership focuses squarely on customers' current situations. Not every challenge requires a new platform or a major transformation. By focusing on processes, data, and integrations, significant improvements can be achieved. Organisations can better utilise their existing ITSM investments while simultaneously building future resilience.
"The next step in ITSM is not adding another tool, but ensuring that the existing chain works as a single, unified whole," says Marcel van de Steeg, CEO of Scope4mation.
"With Service Automation Suite, we connect and automate that chain, bringing central control to the automatisations. onITnow adds ITSM, ESM, and change expertise. This enables organisations to retain their existing investments while significantly further automating and professionalising their operations."
Joint focus on knowledge sharing
In addition to customer projects, both parties invest in knowledge sharing around ITSM, ESM, process optimisation, and automation. This takes place through content, webinars, and events for ITSM professionals. A recurring theme is how organisations can shorten incident and change handling with relatively minor adjustments, standardise common tasks, and allow automation to be executed under controlled, multi-system oversight.
The partnership also benefits from Scope4mation's continuous investment in platform development, security and assurance, and new AI-enabled technologies for development and automation.
The partnership supports issues such as ITSM environment migration and modernisation, improving data quality, implementing Universal Service Management, integration with business applications, and reducing manual tasks. onITnow helps shape processes, service delivery, and change; Scope4mation ensures the connecting automation and governance layer via Service Automation Suite.
Central to the partnership is delivering better service delivery, greater efficiency, and demonstrable control over the IT service organisation.
"ESM is ultimately not about managing a tool, but about delivering good service. We don't want a watermelon effect, where metrics look green but the experience is red. For that, the setup must work, processes must align with the organisation, and people must have the right information. By combining onITnow's expertise with Scope4mation's automation capabilities, customers can be helped to take that next step."
