Scope4mation moves into its next phase!

Scope4mation is now in a new phase of growth. The organisation has significantly developed over the past years in clients, portfolio and complexity. This development requires a clear division of roles and responsibilities within the management team.

In this context, the management roles have been refined. Marcel van de Steeg takes on the role of CEO and focuses on strategy, organisation, governance and the continued growth of Scope4mation. Joost Ale, who previously held this role, remains as CFO, responsible for finance, financial governance and predictability.

"Scope4mation is at a point where focus, governance and ownership are essential. By clearly defining roles within the management team, we create space to accelerate controlled and mature the organisation further."
— Marcel van de Steeg, CEO

This change is not a shift in direction, but a logical next step in the further professionalisation of the organisation. By clearly defining roles, we gain greater focus, clarity and strength in day-to-day leadership and in shaping the future direction.

"Over the past years, we have laid a solid foundation. In this next phase, it is important that ambition and financial predictability move hand in hand. Through this role allocation, we strengthen that balance."
— Joost Ale, CFO

With this step, we create stability, clarity and a solid foundation to accelerate controlled and build upon a scalable and transferable organisation.
