Why this new step?

Scope4mation has worked in IT integrations and service automation for years. We built custom solutions, created integrations and solved complex problems. But that world is changing: customers want fewer isolated projects and more visibility, control and flexibility.

So we're consolidating our expertise into Service Automation Suite:

• a modular suite for service automation

• where integrations, data flows, AI, and governance come together

• backed by our knowledge, tooling, and approach

With Service Automation Suite, we provide structure to what we do — and make it easier for customers to get started, scale, and grow.

The foundation for accelerated growth.

We are taking this step to prepare for the next phase: service automation across all your processes. Our new setup lets us respond faster to market developments and new technologies such as AI. It also makes configuring and optimising processes more flexible. Customers gain more control and can do more themselves, while we can adapt faster where needed.

The engine behind Service Automation Suite remains our trusted iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platform Qixium!

Does this change the familiar Qixium modules?

The Qixium modules are still there; they have been mapped to the Service Automation Suite structure. For a complete overview of Service Automation Suite, you can here take a look here.

We will make some changes to move to the Service Automation Suite structure, particularly to subscription plans. We will explain this in more detail later. We already deliver using the new structure; subscriptions will be converted in due course.
