New Service Automation Suite Wiki | Practical knowledge

Together with the new website, knowledge around Service Automation Suite becomes more accessible. The new wiki is intended as a practical knowledge base for anyone working with Service Automation Suite, Qixium iPaaS, integrations, and process automation, or who is oriented towards these areas.

Knowledge closer to practice

Automation only becomes valuable when people understand how processes, systems, and agreements come together. That's why documentation is not a secondary concern. Operators, consultants, functional specialists, and customers all require clear explanations, examples, and decision-support information at the moment they are working with it.

The new wiki brings this knowledge closer. Instead of fragmented explanations or isolated documents, there is now a single place where users can find out how components work, which decisions are important, and how common scenarios can be set up.

From technical explanations to actionable knowledge

A good wiki is more than a collection of technical pages. Its strength lies in the combination of concepts, steps, examples, and context. What does Qixium iPaaS do within Service Automation Suite? How does an integration fit into a broader process? What should an organisation consider regarding authorisations, logging, or compliance? And how does automation relate to the existing TOPdesk setup?

By answering these questions in context, the wiki helps teams make the right decisions more quickly. No longer does every question need to be referred back to a specialist. Knowledge becomes reusable, discoverable, and transferable.

Support for customers and partners

For customers, the wiki means they gain greater insight into their own environment. They can better understand processes, prepare for changes more effectively, and collaborate more purposefully with Service Automation Suite specialists. For partners, the wiki provides a foundation for sharing knowledge, delivering implementations in a more consistent manner, and responding to questions more quickly.

This aligns with the broader vision behind Service Automation Suite: helping organisations become less dependent on isolated solutions and work from a coherent process model.

A knowledge base that grows with you

Service automation does not stand still. New integrations, changing regulations, security requirements, and improved process insights demand knowledge that continues to evolve. The wiki is therefore structured as a living part of the website. New insights, examples, and explanations can be added whenever practical experience calls for it.

With its launch on 1 November, knowledge around Service Automation Suite gains a clearer place. This makes it easier for organisations to move from interest to implementation.

From 1 November, use the new wiki as a starting point for practical guidance, process knowledge, and deeper understanding of Service Automation Suite.
