Dutch National Opera & Ballet celebrates automated onboarding going live with cake
At Dutch National Opera & Ballet, a major milestone has been reached. The automated onboarding processes have successfully gone live. A fitting moment to pause and reflect on the first results, and naturally, this was celebrated with cake.
The go-live marks the first step in a broader digitalisation journey. The expectation is that the exit and transition processes will also go live within a few weeks. This will result in a seamless, end-to-end process for the full employee lifecycle.
Less manual work, more control
Through automation, manual tasks are reduced and running processes become faster and more consistent. Employees have access to the right tools at the right time, and departments work together more effectively thanks to an automated process chain.
This approach aligns with the vision of Scope4mation: organisations helping grow from manual work to automation, insight and control.
Building together on the next step
In addition to the go-live, forward-looking plans for further optimisations are already underway. A key focus is the management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within TOPdesk. Here, we are co-developing the best approach for maintaining current configuration data for both hardware and software. Crucial for a reliable IDU process regarding the intake and release of company assets.
By carefully evaluating these next steps, the automation is not only extended, but also the quality of the management information is further strengthened.
On to the next milestone
With a successful go-live of the onboarding process, a solid foundation has been established. Once the exit and transition processes are also implemented, Dutch National Opera & Ballet will have a fully automated employee lifecycle that ensures less manual work, better collaboration, and greater control over processes.
We thank the project team at Dutch National Opera & Ballet for the pleasant collaboration and look forward to the next phase of this journey.
