HelloID and Service Automation Suite: identity, IT and enterprise service delivery.

From identity to assets, tickets and suppliers. Explore how Scope4mation uses Service Automation Suite to combine data, applications and actions, alongside platforms such as TOPdesk for ITSM and ESM.

Colleagues discuss how HR, IT and service delivery connect in a shared process.

Using HelloID or exploring an IAM solution? Consider the work between your applications too. At Scope4mation, we start with your business process: which data, actions, people and systems need to work together to deliver the outcome? With Service Automation Suite, we configure those connections.

You work directly with the people who develop Service Automation Suite and help you configure it. We combine your process knowledge with our experience. Together, we build a way of working that helps today and can adapt as your organisation changes.

More from what you have

Connect the whole process

Keep control

Make your configuration understandable and transferable, so you can keep improving and choosing.

What does HelloID do?

Tools4ever's HelloID starts with identity and access management. Provisioning automates accounts and entitlements from source data. Service Automation adds requests, approvals, delegated forms and task automation; physical resources such as laptops can also be configured as request products. Governance supports access reviews and checks on forbidden combinations.

There is overlap. If processes and coordination are your main focus, Service Automation Suite can also be an alternative to HelloID. In the assessment, we establish which functions Service Automation Suite can take over and which tools could consequently be retired.

ITSM and ESM: connected service delivery

With Service Automation Suite and a platform such as TOPdesk, we build connected workflows for IT and wider enterprise services. The service platform retains its role for configured requests, tasks and assets. Service Automation Suite connects data and actions with other applications, suppliers and local systems, joining the service process to work elsewhere.

Assets: import, reconcile and connect the lifecycle

For example, import supplier data, create or update assets in your CMDB and compare records with operational management tools. Then connect handover, changes, signing and return. Together, we establish identifiers, authoritative sources and how discrepancies are followed up.

Tickets: collaborate with suppliers

Connect an incident to a supplier workflow and exchange agreed status information and responses. Combine ticket data with the relevant asset, user or contract details, so context does not need retyping.

Employees: access and assets in one workflow

Connect an HR change to account and entitlement actions, requests, assets and signing. HelloID can retain its configured role; Service Automation Suite can also perform account and authorisation steps. Together, we define which application does what and how outcomes are checked.

Where our approach with Service Automation Suite starts

With us, a process does not have to start with a person or an access request. It can also centre on an asset, incident, supplier or change in a business application. An integration enables data exchange. Its value comes when that data leads to the right action, with the right person and a check on the outcome. We help you get there: from understanding the question to configuring, testing and improving execution.

We look across departments and applications. HR, IT, facilities and suppliers each have their own tasks, but share responsibility for an outcome. We help identify duplicate work, stalled handovers and steps you can reuse. That also gives you a basis for deciding whether another tool is really needed.

You do not have to replace everything or redesign it all before starting. We begin with a specific bottleneck, agree how to assess the result and build from there. Developing our own technology gives us room to discuss what you need and adapt our approach.

Understandable configuration. Targeted changes.

In Service Automation Suite, we configure process steps and data processing visually using reusable components. Examples include personnel changes, asset registration, ticket synchronisation and equipment handover or return with signing. We agree on the required connections and checks around your applications and available interfaces.

We hand over the configuration and guide your administrators, helping knowledge grow within your organisation. When a source, agreement or application changes, we assess and test what needs adapting. How we work together on your configuration.

Make policies and obligations part of execution

An agreement about security, equipment or access also needs to shape everyday work. Together, we translate your policies and applicable legal obligations into process rules, responsibilities, checks and traceable follow-up. For example: who approves an exception, when is access revoked and what evidence is needed when equipment is returned?

This connects execution across applications with the agreements your organisation needs to uphold. We establish the required configuration and evidence records with your responsible teams.

Freedom of choice starts with configuration

You want to improve your business process without tying every decision to one application supplier. We therefore make process agreements, data mappings and responsibilities explicit. A future switch still needs suitable connections and testing, but you start with knowledge and agreements you have already built.
